My god these are the most amazing cookies I have ever eaten. I am sooo freakin obsessed with these cookies! Once you have them you have to try the paste. It is like peanut butter but it is cookies. Pure evil I tell you. I have a recipe in my Bouchon Bakery book and from Seriouseats.com that I need to try out so I can make them whenever I want.

Biscoff are my favorite non-homemade cookie of all time. My sweet boyfriend just brought me a package of them and I made him take them home unopened (I'm in the middle of a fitness challenge and eating a whole package of cookies would not be good).
I make a Swedish spice cookie that is similar in taste and texture. Mmm.
