what can i do with a LOT of leftover raspberry chocolate truffle cake?

please don't suggest cake pops - i'm not that coordinated!

Cake pops are easier than you think, they're just time consuming. If falling off the stick gives you problems, forget the stick and call them truffles.

I dunno, e-Mama, that is a problem I have never had to deal with. I say we have a curly get-some-cake-together and put our stomaches together. We'll think of something.

i say make a triffle! layer cake with whipped cream and pudding and booze!!!

ohhh! what kind of booze you use?

my fav triffle is layered with brownie, whipped cream, chocolate pudding, and kahlua.

i made it into a black forest trifle with cherry pie filling, vanilla custard and this booze from Poland - i had some in my liquor cabinet:
