Hey, you need a diet with a lot of protein and potatoes, which are really great for gaining wieght but don't overdo it because that would be too much starch. I think you wanna gain more muscle tissue rather than body fat. Just keep in mind that the key is to stay healthy while you gain weight so dont binge on fats and sweets.
