I got this recipe from Recipe Zaar. I have used drumsticks with good results and If you want your chicken to be tender marinate it in the ranch dressing for 1 hour. The buttermilk is a natural tenderizer.
Ranch Chicken Thighs
1 hour 15 min prep
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry Italian dressing seasoning
6 chicken thighs (skin removed) or chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup bottled buttermilk ranch salad dressing
In a shallow bowl, combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Dip chicken into salad dressing, then coat with crumb mixture.
Place chicken in a greased 13x9 baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
