Hmm, I can always trust my church cookbooks for a great drink recipe! I found one you could adapt in my "Holy Smoke" and "Innocent Indulgences" cookbooks...
Peach Punch
Adjust for amount of people
3-4 cans peach concentrate, chilled
1/2 gallon cold water
2 quarts ginger ale
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
rum to taste
fresh peach halves and pineapple chunks for garnish
Mix it all up and adjust to taste (add sugar if necessary), then add ice to serving bowl - should be sweeter than you want since ice will melt.
Banana Rum Punch
6 cups water
2 cups sugar
3-4 bananas, beaten in blender
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 can frozen lemonade
2 cans water
1 46-oz can sweetened pineapple juice
white rum
2 T lemon juice
Boil water and sugar to make a simple syrup (about 3 minutes). Cool. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and freeze. Before serving, add bottles of 7-up or ginger ale.
I think I posted thse before maybe, and they have been a hit with no alcohol and different types of alcohol.
