You can bulk up your salads with beans, and/or leftover cold rice.
For sandwiches, you can use low calorie bread if you like. You can also switch to mustard to cut down on more calories. Bulk up the sandwiches with lettuce, tomato slices, cucumber slices instead of extra meat or cheese.
fresh fruits (with PB for spreading or with an ounce of cheese)
