Does anyone have a recipe for low fat/low calorie healthy desserts?

The summer fruits are perfect for desserts. I've been cutting up honeydew, spooning a blob of yogurt on top, and then topping with blackberries. SO yummy!

Fruit trifle with whipped cream, fruit, and angel food cake is one of my favorites. Some good recipes can be found here www.weightwatchers.com even without the membership. You just can't browse through all of their online recipes.

A tablespoon of chocolate syrup. Or if you have impressive self-control, you could by a chocolate bar and have one or two squares each day.

Berries with low-fat sour cream and sugar (as long as you go easy on the sour cream)

Dried figs with low-fat cream cheese is one of the best-tasting things in the world...probably second only to dried figs with full-fat cream cheese!

Prepared - Weight watchers makes some excellent dessert - key lime pie stands out. And South Beach has new 2-cookie packs (good with milk for that 3pm snack)

Sorbet is about as low fat as you can get. Haagen Dazs chocolate sorbet is incredible if you are a dark chocolate lover.

Slice 2 ripened banana into 1/2" thick pieces and freeze.

Pulse a 6 oz container of low fat yogurt with your frozen chunks and add a scoop of protein shake powder

The result is like ice cream and is very healthy for you.
