Spiced Brownies.

I make mine from scratch (i.e. melting the chocolate, adding flour ect.) and I add ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chili powder for a kick.

Braised short ribs -- so I made some.

One of our clients sent some homemade brownies that smelled really good. I'm a no sugar added eater; that was a willpower test!

Chopped pineapple mixed with low-fat cottage cheese.

I haven't had that since I was a little girl.
