Heres my chicken cesear salad pita recipe...

I'm not much of a cook, so bear with me on the recipe as I don't measure ANYTHING!:
*Chicken breasts (with all the fat and icky stuff cut off).
*Wishbone Creamy Ceasar dressing
*Romaine Lettuce
*Spice: I usually use chicken montreal spice, or just cracked pepper/sprinkle of garlic powder.
*Pita bread
*Croutons: the absolute best kind to use is T. Marzettis Restaurant Quality Large Cut Ceasar, they're usually in the produce isle in a little navy blue bag..they are soooo good.
*Shredded Parmesan cheese (NOT grated).

Take your breasts [img]images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img], throw some spices on them, wrap them in tin foil, stick them in the oven on about 350-375 for awhile. (Just check on them every now and then, slice them open and check to see if they're done, and the juices run clear).
Take out your breasts...(why is this sounding like some cheesy romance novel all of a sudden???) anyway, shred them with your fingers until you get nice little bite-sized pieces, coat them heavily with the Creamy Ceasar dressing, mix in the shredded parmesan cheese, (I use a LOT of parmesan). Throw a few pitas in the oven to warm them, then take them out, add your romaine lettuce, the chicken mixture, add some more grated parmesan on top, croutons and little cracked pepper, fold the pita & ENJOY!
