Default Rouquinne - You're turkey recipie

Rouquinne, I remember last year you posted a turkey recipie from epicurious.com. It was really good. I used it and now I can't find it at home and doing a search for "turkey" on their site came up with like 256 recipies. If you would tell me where to find it again I would really appreciate it.

yes, it's this one:

i don't make the mushroom gravy - just cook the turkey that way. it ALWAYS comes out moist and it cooks quickly. the herb rub also makes the skin lovely and crisp!
