Eggs
I love eggs!!
I've become obsessed with putting scrambled eggs with rice and veggies..SO GOOD!!
anyone else have any simple egg recipes?
of course omelets are good, but i'm lactose intolerant, and sometimes veggie cheese flavor is too strong.
I still can't get the hang of boiling an egg though, I'm just too impatient.

I bought an Egg Genie so I could make hard, soft, or poached eggs in minutes! I love a medium-boiled egg on an english muffin.

Saw it on sale at CVS!!! I think it was $9.99? Is that the usual price?
I love eggs too . In a salad, as a salad, fried, scrambled, on a fried tortilla with refried beans (thank goodness for the Mexican neighbor!), boiled omlettes, of course. Yum

I love stuffed eggs!
You need hard boiled eggs. Mix the egg yolk with some mayonaise, marsala powder, ground black pepper, pinch of salt, chili powder and paprika powder. Yummy!
