"oh my, banana creme pie" protein shake

I borrowed this reciepe from a website. I really want to try this as a post work out shake.

1/2 banana
6 oz water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 1/2 c ice
1 sheet of graham crackers out of the box

Blend and enjoy

I'm wondering if you used milk instead of water if it would be a better consistency?
Sounds yummy.
Milk prob would make it creamier and would add more protein, calcium, etc but would also add calories.
--I'm located in Western PA.
--I found NC in late 2004, CG since 2-2005, started going grey in late 2005.
--My hair is 3B with some 3A, texture-medium/fine, porosity-normal except for the ends which are porous, elasticity-normal.
--My long time favorite products are Suave & VO5 conditioners, LA Looks Sport Gel, oils, honey, vinegar.
