One of my favorite snacks is rye toast with butter and grape jelly dipped lightly into ketchup. In general though, I'm not a ketchup person.

I'm getting to the point where I almost don't like chocolate unless it has a flavor counterpoint like salt, curry, spice, etc. Whenever I have plain chocolate, I'm tempted to get the salt shaker out.

I don't eat them anymore, but when I was a child butter and sugar sandwiches used to be my favorite.
I dip McDonald's fries in their sundaes.
I cut every tiny bit of fat off my meat before I eat it.
I love salt on fruit.

When I was a kid, I used to LOVE putting cheese doodles or white cheddar cheese popcorn on my pizza, used to be so good. Hmmm I should try that again and see if I still like it.

I like unsweetened chocolate. And spicy chocolate, and I experiment with different flavors like cherry almond or rum or green tea when I make truffles.
And I tend to need to sniff my food before I eat it.

You're not the only one!!
I put salt on Apples, Mango, Oranges. Sometimes a little lime juice if the fruit is lacking flavor. Always on tomatoes too or cukes. Maybe I have a salt problem
Nah.....I don't use a lot of salt when I cook.

Canned salmon, straight out of the can, bones and all.
Burnt garlic. Chop some garlic and throw it in a pan with a little olive oil, throw some chicken on top, cook til chicken is done and garlic is burned. I'm addicted to it.

I always always alwayssss dip my french fries in ranch dressing. Everytime I go to a restaurant its like a given "RANCH WITH MY FRIES". Sooooo good. Even better when its a really delicious thick ranch dressing that some restaurants have. MMM, getting hungry...

salt on anything sweet brings out the sweetness. Some put salt on chocolate ice cream!
For me, I can eat a jar of Claussen pickles. But that's not the weird thing. It's me, drinking the pickle juice! I love pickle juice!
