Curly Cut / Shaping in NYC?

YEP! I see a Devachan stylist that also does work from her home. Good prices, highly skilled and knowledgable. My cut was AWESOME (see avatar).

I can't speak for Devachan because I've never gone there. Mostly because I have always gotten a great cut from Ouidad. Anna is quite good, but I've gone there for years and gotten cut by a number of people and have always been really happy with the outcome. Somehow they way they do the carve and slice, instead of layers laying on top of each other the curl just sort of lays into itself. I don't know I can't describe it! But it really works for my 3b hair. I wish every stylist knew how to do this technique because I don't live in NYC anymore and haven't had a good haircut since I moved.
