NYC/WESTCH/CT - under $75?
 

I am hoping to find a recomendation for a cut under $75.
As much as I would love to go back to Devachan, or try Carlos @ Mario Diab, it just isnt in my budget as I like to get cuts every 10-12 weeks
any suggestions?

go to suffern and get a cut from rapunzel (debbie) she is deva trained and very reasonable

I saw that you have been to Devachan White Plains ...they suggested Telma (sp?) when I called last week...

Would you ever used one of the junior stylists at Devachan White Plains? Is there someone you would recomend and do they charge $80 or $85?

I thought I saw the name Telma floating around but I do not know her....
