Just checking back in on this thread. As I mentioned previously, I used to travel to Madusalon in SF, then I found Susan in Lincoln. She never did wash and dry my hair, just cut and go, but I always got good Deva Cuts with her and it was quite a bit cheaper. She's really quite the artist and takes a long time to do the cut each time you go back.

I've moved away from Lincoln, so I've now been going to Kara at Studio K in Davis. She does the whole Deva Cut process, dry cut, shampoo, etc., so of course, more expensive than Susan. She does a really good job and I've been very happy.

Would like to hear more about Tori as that salon is very close to me now!

Just thought I would share.... been getting Deva cuts for over 6 years now and I've really been very happy with all of them!

Sometimes I go longer and sometimes I get it cut shorter. I guess I've been lucky or just have hair that really takes to the Deva cut!

ps. Curlyhairfedup: usually when they say don't shampoo every day, they mean don't use shampoo. You can still rinse and condition everyday... also, for 2nd and 3rd day hair, a lot of us pull our hair up in a pineapple or something like that so it stays put and doesn't get messed up, you could try that...

I know this thread is kinda old, but I am looking for a new stylist in Sacramento and wondering if you guys had any reviews for Tori.

There is also a salon in Roseville, CA that has a Deva stylist, but I can't find anything on her either.

I currently DO go to Susan, but it's just too far, I am in Folsom, CA so it's quite the drive just for a hair cut.

Thanks!
