Not sure where you are, as above poster said. I've gone to Thom, who is now at Millennium in Wynnewood. He's isn't cheap, but does great cut and color work. I've gone to him for 30 years and have never gotten bad cut or color--used to get my hair cut every five, and now six, weeks. That's a lot of hair cuts, LOL! He also cuts my straight haired aunt and does a beautiful job. We're both often stopped when out to find out who does our hair. I drive from Bucks County, if that gives you a clue how good he is. And yes, he does a lot of ladies with "natural hair."
