Hi! I really want to get a Deva cut, but i am very nervous about going to a place that will end up being a huge disappointment. I'm looking for somewhere that will explain everything to me thoroughly, are friendly, and when i say I want to keep my length will not go cutting crazy! Any suggestions for DC, Rockville, or Frederick areas?

Any comments on where to go or where NOT to go would be greatly appreciated!!
