Has anyone had a cut by Jess? I scheduled an appointment with her without a consult because it´s a bit of a ride for me. I know there are some good reviews for Laboratory but I haven´t seen any for Jess.

Help anyone? Or even if you´ve been to Laboratory recently??

I really want someone who will listen and not want to attack my hair because there is a lot of it and I´m scared they´ll just want to chop into it.

I was wondering how Laboratory Salon is, too. I've read good reviews on it, but I was wondering who is good there. Also, is it only for curly cuts, or can you just get a regular cut?

I cancelled my appointment at Laboratory because I wasn't feeling certain about my decision to go in without a consult. It's a bit of a ride for me which is why I didn't want to bother driving that far twice but I think I may do that just to get a feel for if I'm making the right decision.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend any stylists in the areas you mentioned. I've been going to Carlos at Mario Diab but I hate having to go into the city so I'm hoping to find someone in Jersey. Good luck with your search!
