Default Trust a cheap place to cut my curls?

I need to get my ends trimmed really bad. The girl I usually go to is pricey and always have to wait awhile to get in.

Should I trust a fantasist Sams or some other cheap hair place? I'm afraid they won't know how to cut curls...

You have beautiful hair and I would not trust it to a place that wasn't recommended to you or at least has good reviews on this website. That's just my 2 cents.

I've gotten burned in cheap and expensive salons.. if it's just a minor trim, I'd risk doing it myself.

Noooo!! Been there, done that! I recently moved & am in the process of trying to find a new stylist, but until I do, I am going to suck it up and drive the hour and a half to my old stylist! She *knows* my hair. I've had it done two other times by two different stylists since moving & they both *BUTCHERED* my hair...literally. > I called my old stylist in tears & apologized for "cheating" on her, and after she got done laughing she said she forgave me. She said I was gonna have to suffer for a little while & let my hair grow out, but she'll be able to fix it.

I trim my own hair now, mostly to save money and because i know how much I want/need off. It's not as scary as it sounds, and there are a few techniques you can do. youtube has some helpful curly hair trim how-tos

There are two ppl that I let cut my hair and they worked at Great Clips. My cousin no longer works there and is now employed @Salon Lofts. The other person is caucasian and besides my cousin she is the only person I trust. She is the bizness! You just have to find someone that can cut hair whether it is curly or straight.
