I read about Elva on your boards and stalked her until she relented and phoned me back!

I was intrigued when I spoke with her because she told me she cuts hair dry! Wowee! I'd never had that done before.

She was pretty booked up in the evenings and I would have had to wait a while until she asked where I worked. As it turns out, I wasn't far away and she told me she could do it on my lunch hour! EXCELLENT!

I showed up, waited about 5 minutes and I was in the chair! The first thing she asked was what I liked and didn't like about my hair. No one's ever asked me that before and I almost didn't know how to respond! GREAT QUESTION, THOUGH!

Then she got to work. She did, indeed, cut it dry! And it was FABULOUS! I walked out of there looking like a million bucks!

When it came time to book my next appointment, she didn't pressure me to get back in 4 or even six weeks (like most). No...she said, "How about 12 weeks?" Okay by me! That's about how long I go in between appointments!

All in all, it was a GREAT experience and I have to say, she listens to what you want, is happy to provide it and has given me the BEST haircut I've ever had!
