I am excited to try this place! I've read great reviews, but not on NC.com. Has anyone gone there?

They have a stylist named Ryan who, according to the receptionist, is crazy about the Curly Girl method (though I do not know if he's actually Deva trained or certified). He cuts dry. They also use haircolor that is lower in the nasty chemicals than standard color is, and they stock only natural product lines, perfect if, like me, you're not just CG but also avoid certain chemicals. They don't do any chemical straightening services!

Hi, I saw this post about a month ago... I thought I replied but I guess that I forgot to! Anyway, I decided to scheduled an appointment there myself. Omg, it was the best hair cut/ salon experience I've EVER had! Ahhhh thanks so much for posting this. For anyone else reading this, I definitely recommend it. Ask for Ryan, he's a curl whisperer.

Ohmygollygarsh, I don't know if you saw it before you went, but I posted a review after my appointment and I had a wonderful haircut/style experience with Ryan too!

Your hair looks gorgeous!!!!

I am really happy with my cut too and will be going back to see him for color. This pic is fresh from my cut. It has grown already and is growing out really nicely, keeping its shape.

Neogills, I think it will be worth the trip!
