Hi everyone! I want to recommend two of my favourite salons in Vancouver for all you curlies out here.

The first is Infinity Salon on West 2nd at the entrance to Granville Island. I got my hair cut by Jen and she did a fantastic job. I went from mid-back length to just above the collar bone. It looks great curly or straight. I straightened it once just to see what it would look like. I usually wear it curly and it is bouncy and healthy. I spent $60 including a $10 tip.

The other salon is Envy Studios at Cambie/18th. The best stylist there is Johnnie who does a $60 cut. I went to him for 6 years an he did an amazing job. I trust him with my hair 100%. The other stylist I like there is Esther. She also does a great job. It`s a bit more expensive, but worth it in my opinion. I have been going to Infinity recently because I wanted to try it out and I get all my waxing there and really like the owner.

I hear Maria at CloverEarth kind is supposed to be great. I'm going to try her for my next cut, may also try the ones you recommened!

Maureen at In Focus in Yaletown is the best there is in my book (and I've tried a lot!).

FYI Jen has opened her own salon in Kits called Volution (York and Yew). She is awesome.
