Ontaria and rancho,CA stylists??
 

I'm in desperate need for a new stylist but I don't want to pay over $50 for a haircut. Any recommendations??

Unfortunately there is no way around it. If you'd like a good haircut your going to have to fork out some $$$

Im going to have to agree with gofro you just have to make your hair a priority and maybe set aside 10$ every two weeks or a month until you have enough... In the long run it should be worth it :)
