Default Devacut for my hair?

I have 2b/c hair which is usually cut in a layered slightly angled bob. Due to frizziness with high humidity here I am trying to go CG again (gave up last time) Would a Deva cut help and is it worth the money? I found a salon in Columbia MD that does it (Cavallero) but am nervous about trying it. Thanks for input anneh

if the deva stylist is good, then it will help. but, products are also important. avoid glycerin in high dew points, maybe try sealing.
