StruttsWife gave me a new hairdo!
What do you think?
http://public.fotki.com/CurlyWhirly/hairdo/
ETA: I drove from Venice, FL up to St. Pete for a haircut, and I have no regrets. Of course, everyone I told thought I was crazy, with the exception of my curly friend Sally, who is my biggest curl supporter.
Tiffany gave me a great haircut, in fact, the best haircut I've had since I went curly. I am a longtime lurker but I just had to post about my experience. Hope the pictures work for you.

Wow, that is a great cut! You have gorgeous hair. I so wish Minnesota was closer to Florida. Your lucky to be able to drive to her.

Really nice cut. Your hair looks great in the before's but that cut really makes a difference.

Very pretty. It falls around your face just beautifully.
Struttswife, I think there's a market for you to travel from city to city, styling Naturally Curly members' hair. I'd sign up in a heartbeat.

Your hair looks beautiful!
Is the difference in before & after the angle in the front (in addition to other things). Is it more of a different type of angle in the front?
Can anyway describe the difference so I can tell my hairdresser?

Thanks everyone for your compliments. You know how to make a girl feel good.
Tiffany (StruttsWife) didn't push certain products, although she does use Deva products & Aquage gel on herself and on her clients. Her focus was more about using CG products than pushing specific brands.
I found out about her while lurking on this board. I'm glad I finally called her and made an appointment. I felt a little bit like a stalker when I told her how I tracked her down. I bet she's used to that though.
I've always been shy about posting, but I guess my secret is out now. I've been CG for almost 3 years. I've learned a lot from reading the posts here from fellow curlies. I will be forever grateful for the LOOB recommendation. It's one of my favorite products. Too bad I didn't buy cases of it while it was still in the white packaging and super duper cheap.
Anyways, I'll continue to watch the boards and learn, and hopefully contribute as well. The CG method has been a lifesaver for me.

Your hair was great before but the haircut just amped it up. It looks beautiful I really hope she can layout some tips so we can tell our hair dressers what to ask for.
