I don't know if it still has it, but when I tried the Super Stiff gel a year ago, I noticed that the second or third ingredient is SD alcohol. So that might become an issue if you use it regularly.

I don't think any of them have protein, so you might get OC'd. However, if you do protein treatments regularly, you wouldn't have to worry about getting OC'd as much.

I use KCCC alone. Whenever I've mixed it with anything it becomes a mess. You're using a ton of stuff with it; I'd try it on its own. I also use a bit of BRHG over it.
