Looking for a LI or serum

I've been using gel, and I hate the crunch. Does anyone have a product rec for a good LI or a serum with good soft hold that helps with getting the curls to clump?

Prefer CG products please.

I think my hair would take to plopping, it is a little short for it now. I'm going to try the t-shirt next time I wash and see how it does.

If not I'll stick to "pixie curl" drying.

I diffuse using the pixie curl method. My hair dryer is like 10 years old, but it's a Hot Tools brand dryer. It has a nice bowl diffuser attachment and a low heat setting. Works great.
