I used black rubber bands for the ends of my two pigtails today...my hair is straight so the braid won't hold. I use oil to get slip so it can come out easily! :)

You're right, they aren't moisturizers. So I guess it would only make sense to do my usual moisturizing before the blow out process then use a pomade for 'slip' while braiding. This is what I need...
