I've used it in DT's before mixed with other stuff but it's too heavy for me to use by itself. I prefer lighter oils like jojoba, sweet almond, or grapeseed.

It usually takes me 2 hours to detangle and twist my hair. I don't usually retwist unless my hair gets too frizzy. Retwisting probably takes 30 minutes.
