I use a leave in with cones. They are water soluble, and my hair seems fine. I also clarify at a regular interval - which probably helps.

Hunter didn't eat anything until he was well over a year old. He never showed the interest and I never tried. I still breastfeed him @ 3 1/2 years old, and he pretty much has dictated his own diet....
