Looking for a dry itchy scalp treatment recipe!!

Here's what I have been using that gives me great relief. Its kind of pricey though, and would love some help figuring out what may be in it that is calming my scalp so I can make my own treatment....

I'm far from expert in plopping, but my best results so far are using a long sleeved t that i stuff with a folded tee or some old washcloths. Makes it more absorbent but the soft jersey is whats up...
