Does anyone else have this? My scalp which is prone to eczema, seems worse through this co-washing adapting time. I stopped using shampoo a few weeks ago. It's itchy with sore, broken bits.

From my experience from having very thick hair as a teenager, I'd say don't do it! My hairdresser wouldn't do it full but did a little bit and that resulted in frizz!!
