Nioxin products are suppose to help with thinning. I'm using this line now but I haven't used it for a long period yet. I haven't tried the vitamins, but they are made to go along with the system.

I need a new hair dryer now. Since I've been transtitioning I was wondering if there are certain hair dryers are good for 4b/4c hair? I like comb attachments because I can't get the brush and dryer...

Well this may be strange, but I've been transitioning for 5 months now. I have had no braids, sew-ins, etc. The only protective style I've done is a bun with the exception of getting perm rods one...
