Moisturiser ingredients

I've noticed that most moisturisers contain Parafinum liquidum (which is Mineral oil I think?) as their 2nd ingredient after water. Then there are a few which contain glycerin as the 2nd ingredient....

I've use lipcoat stuff before. It worked to an extent. It was definitely longer lasting than just plain lipstick but I'd say that the colorstay type lipsticks work better..
