It could be the water!

I live in Seattle where the water stinks like chlorine but I just moved to North Seattle and the water tastes great straight out of the tap! My hair is soooooooo much fuller and bouncier than before....

I love mine; they work best for protein treatments and henna or oil treatments. I heat mine up for 1 min and wear it for 30 minutes or longer.
