Homemade 2 strand twist cream

I melted raw Shea butter and mixed in jojoba oil, raw organic creamed honey, and coconut milk. I love the results of my twist out!

I use it to slick my hair up in a ponytail. Then I pin on my homemade bun made from a pack of marley twist braiding hair. :)

Protein Treatment: More in summer or winter?

I know I should do protein treatments regularly about every 6 weeks. Sometimes I procrastinate and go a little longer. But is it more important in the summer or winter?
