I have tried quite a few brands so far and i can honestly say i have no recommendations. Im stil on the search. QOD max organiq was ok but it did not reduce volume in the virgin part of my hair.

Keratin is better....

I have has both and to me keratin is better.

The results are more predictable(depending on formula)
the hair is smoother
less breakage
no scalp burns
resistant to humidity and reversion

I usually only cocleanse before i straighten and i have no complaints. I would only poo if i used a gel or heavy butter for styling that week
