Yeah, if it is water soluable, it will have a PEG or PPG (I think) prefix. It can be removed with just cowashing. Otherwise, you need a sulfate to remove it... I think.

I did go get the Deva Hairspray. It didn't have the hold I was used to with my old hairspray (think concrete), but it did do reasonably well on a windy day. I'm going to keep playing with it to see...
