Avoiding frizzy ends

I heard about these mesh sheets that can be used to keep the ends from getting frizzy in a youtube video.
They're called Mesh End Wraps and I think the woman and the video got them from Sally...

The dilemma: Consider the idea of using Hello Hydration conditioner, but not wanting to use a sulfate-y cleanser....
