The stylist definitely can make a big difference. Both of my deva cuts were done by stylists with great reviews, which lead me to the conclusion that it's just not the right type of cut for me...

For me, deva cut was the worst cut I've ever had - by far!
I've had two, from two stylists that came highly recommended.
Both left my hair frizzy, scraggley, and unmanageable.
