i'm trying to go slow and avoid stuff that will hurt it, but it bothers me that it hurts now so many months later. hopefully it's just scar tissue breaking up and i'll be right as rain in no time!

yoga makes my epidural site hurt again....

so i've started doing yoga again recently, and got a new dvd that has lots of back bend moves. it's wonderful because i carry lots of stress in my back.
