To me, the wavy hallmark is less curl at the roots. Your hair seems to have more curl at the roots and loosen up on the length....maybe 3B? Or possibly mixed textures?

Depends...anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on how much individual twirling/twisting I do (yes, that works on my hair type) to get good, lasting definition and if I diffuse a bit or not....

I have the spray gel and mousse. Love them BOTH. Lots of great hold and curl definition, minimal crunch. And cheap. I LOVE cheap styling products!!!!
