Yeah I do take iron supplements but I haven't noticed any changes because I don't take them consistently because they make me gain weight and give me a bloated feeling .

I just started using it the day before Christmas...

I just started using it the day before Christmas and haven't really seen any changes . It does make my hair softer and it's a good moisturizer for skin .
