I have had this problem for a while but I can't find a way to deal with it. My roots, canopy, etc. will SOTC well enough but my ends are always always ALWAYS crunchy unless I separate them myself....

I think it is possible to have buildup on the ends. Make sure you are gently scrubbing all of your hair with the conditioner. Because it is CG-friendly and without sulfates you have to work a little...
