I can't go completely no poo, either. I find that pooing every third day and co-washing in between works best for me.

It's probably the only thing I haven't tried...hmmm. I usually use one for two to three days and then grab a fresh one. I'll invest in a couple of new 3 packs and try a clean one every day and see...

I do. I co-wash every third day, but every day is a good long rinse followed by a light conditioning and good rinse. I get a better result if I rinse for a good stretch after the daily conditioning.
