Yeah, I'd never get a comb through it w/o the conditioner. I've actually tried just combing the top layer and it works pretty well and is much easier to comb.

Thumbs up Holy thickening agent, Batman

I just added xanthan gum to my fsg (3/4 tsp/1 cup batch) and it's the consistency of KCCC. Nothing I've tried has thickened it up that much. Can't wait to try it tomorrow.

I used IAGirl's recipe...
