Since the pain is my only symptom, I'm starting to think this may be an ovarian cyst. I'll keep an eye out for any extreme pain or other symptoms of appendicitis.

They aren't protruding. And one is almost the size of a pencil eraser, which makes me worry about it healing right (with the C-Herb), since the pictures I've seen are of relatively small moles.
