Anything that weighs on your curls, overhandling, too much or heavy conitioner, etc will result in loss of definition & "poofy" hair. Humidity can do this too.

They really can't claim that your hair will "be" healthy. Hair is dead from the scalp out, it can't be healthy or unhealthy, it can just have varying degrees of damage. :wink:
