Anybody know about HE Tousle Me Softly Spray Gel? CG or not?

I love the way this spray gel smells, plus I use it as a "hair spray" when I put my hair up. It is only a level "one" hold, so it is incredibly soft, but still works like a really lite hair spray...

I use something easy to find and cheap at Walmart and it works!

I use Herbal Essences Totally Twisted after KCCC and get good results. It is CG and is only $3.49 at WalMart! It can be kind of crunchy after it dries, but not a lot, no frizz and it is not heavy...
